Evora Development Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DreamSmith mobile application and this website (together, the "App"). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user data.

No Personal Data Collected In-App: The DreamSmith app itself does not collect, harvest, store, or transmit any personal user data of any kind. We do not track your location, access your device contacts, collect device identifiers, or monitor your usage behavior.

Website purchases are the one exception: if you subscribe directly through this website rather than through the App Store or Google Play, our payment processor (Stripe) and subscription platform (RevenueCat) collect your email address and payment details in order to process the purchase and unlock your subscription in the app. We do not see or store your card number ourselves.

2. Subscription Payments and Financial Data

Third-Party Processing: The App offers a paid yearly subscription for its services. Purchases made in the app are processed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing. Purchases made on this website are processed through Stripe.

No Access to Financial Info: We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, billing addresses, or any other financial information. Your financial transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of whichever platform processed them (Apple, Google, or Stripe).

3. Third-Party Services

Google Play Services: The App utilizes standard Google Play Services to manage app functionality and handle subscription verification. Google may collect certain standard telemetry data as outlined in the Google Play Services Privacy Policy.

Stripe and RevenueCat: If you purchase through this website, Stripe processes your payment and RevenueCat manages your subscription entitlement across platforms. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal data through normal use, making it compliant with children's privacy regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR. Website purchases (see Section 1) are not directed at children.
