By using DreamSmith, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The Service

DreamSmith is an ambient soundscape mixer, sleep timer, and meditation player. Some sounds and features require an active subscription.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or directly through this website, depending on where you subscribe, including auto-renewal, pricing, and cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the account settings of whichever platform you subscribed on. Prices are subject to change with notice through that platform.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DreamSmith for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any of its sounds, images, or other assets.

4. User Content

If you choose a custom background photo, it's stored only on your device and is never uploaded or shared. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you select.

5. Not Medical Advice

DreamSmith is intended for relaxation and ambience only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health condition, including sleep or anxiety disorders, consult a qualified professional — don't rely on this app in place of medical care.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

DreamSmith is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using DreamSmith at any time. We may discontinue or modify the app at our discretion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
